Working flow
Uncoiling→ flattening →shear and butt welding → cage accumulator → strip→ trimming → roll forming →high frequency welding → removing burrs(inside and outside) → I.F. annealing→ air and water cooling → sizing → pipe ultrasonic detect → flying saw→ flattening test→ end beveler → hydrostatic test→ conveying → downloading→ appearance → marking → packing → warehousing.
